SnowTracks ("we," "us") provides security and operations advisory services. Privacy is central to the work we do, so we collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you visit this website, our privacy-focused analytics collect limited, aggregate technical information — such as general location, browser type, and the pages viewed — to help us understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Consultations are scheduled through Calendly, a third-party service. When you book, you provide your name and email address directly to Calendly so we can confirm and hold your appointment. We do not collect this information through snowtracks.ai itself. Calendly processes it under its own privacy practices, available at calendly.com/privacy.
How we use information
We use the information you provide only to schedule, confirm, and conduct the consultations you request; to respond to your inquiries; and to keep this site secure and working properly. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to operate — Calendly for scheduling, and Microsoft 365 for our email and business communications — and only as needed for them to perform those functions. We do not otherwise share your information except where required by law.
Artificial intelligence
We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence or large language models.
Data retention
We keep the information you provide only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask any questions about this policy, by emailing privacy@snowtracks.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor those rights regardless of where you reside.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page.
